Don’t I know it. The link took me to WordPress but it wasn’t a path to admin so I created a dashboard/account of my own then retried, nothing. I’ll fish around also over breakfast, I mean lunch.

try: Users>Authors & Users>Add User From Community
there’s a few admin options in a drop-down menu

fyi, I can’t see Gold Lion at my dashboard… btw, did you add “If you don’t care, just ignore this email.” to the last notification? seemed odd.

I think it should show atthe User page…? Try temporarily bumping from Contributor to Editor or Author, maybe something new will show up.

I tried making you an author, whatever the difference between that and contributor are… And it does show on my users page. Are you sure you don’t see it on your main wordpress page, under ‘your blogs’? It will say ‘asianfilm’ not Gold Lion. The Dashboard may just be for your own blog.

Breaking News: I’m seeing asianfilm in my blogstats section, and on the dashboard comments tracking, but it’s not showing up as a postable as far as I can find…

When you’re visiting the site, do you have the tool/browser bar up top for wordpress, that says among other things ‘new post’? This is super annoying.

I’ve resorted to some cheesy tracks from The Del-Aires for relief! But no, the “new post” brigs me to my own blog, even if i change ‘my primary blog’ to asianfilm. There isn’t any new options at the asianfilm page itself… I can begin a post but it doesn’t give me an option to loctate it at asianfilm. I’m at a loss. I’m seeing “asianfilm” in various places but there’s no path that gets me there.

alright, something changed and I *seem* to have found the asianfilm dashboard. I had to create a temporary password or something to login (i suspect it’s because you can see it) but it looks like the correct page…

come on. ha. In all seriousness I have no idea how the page appeared, must’ve been whatever permission level you ultimately set? We’ll see upon posting. I’m bookmarked nonetheless.
But yep, I saved the email. And fyi, I can only see QuickPress, Right Now, and a couple of widgets on the left…. but the aforementioned New Post button is there.
